These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and scrply ("Platform"). By registering, logging in or using any part of the scrply platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the scrply platform immediately. Continued access and use after any amendment is considered acceptance of the latest version of the terms.

Use of the scrply platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Not located in a region or country where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• Have not had an account previously closed by scrply for a breach of terms
• Providing true, accurate and complete information during the registration process

During registration, you are required to provide valid personal information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad) or equivalent identification document, an active email address and a mobile phone number registered in Malaysia. All information provided must be accurate and you are responsible for updating that information should any changes occur.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's information, is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. scrply will not be liable for any loss arising from the disclosure of your password to another party. You are advised to use a strong password and not to share your login details with anyone.

• Every login session must be carried out by the legitimate account owner
• You must notify scrply immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• scrply does not allow the transfer of account ownership to another party
• The use of automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform is prohibited

All financial transactions on the scrply platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes

Payment methods accepted by scrply include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. scrply reserves the right to add or modify available payment methods at any time.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. scrply reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request that is deemed unusual or of high value.

scrply offers various types of bonuses and promotions to its users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms that apply. Acceptance of any bonus is considered agreement to all related conditions.

Welcome Bonus: scrply provides a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement that must be met is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, you need to complete wagering of RM1,000 (that is, RM100 × 10) before those bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using specific betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and closure of the accounts involved.

scrply users are prohibited from carrying out any of the following actions on the platform:

• Registering or using multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or another person's information
• Using unauthorised automated software, bots or tools
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Carrying out activities related to money laundering
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform through any technical means
• Spreading misleading or false information about the platform

scrply reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions
• Information provided during registration is false or inaccurate
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity associated with the account
• The account is involved in money laundering activity
• A request has been made by a competent authority

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the scrply support team. In the case of closure at the user's own initiative, any remaining balance (after all relevant conditions have been met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedure.

scrply, its directors, employees and business partners will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from service disruptions or unforeseen technical issues
• Losses resulting from mistakes made by the user themselves
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to user negligence
• Losses resulting from game outcomes that are not in the user's favour
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses

The scrply platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information or any particular outcome from use of the platform. Users use this platform at their own risk.

scrply reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest changes. The "Updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the last amendment.
